Wonderful Natural Vanille Extract with seeds. You will notice the difference when baking cookies, cupcakes or cakes. It tastes vanille. It is Vanille.
Natural extract with vanilla beans and seeds.
In contrast to other extracts that reproduce artificially the vainilllina molecule (which gives the smell of vanilla) and that you find in the supermarkets, this extract is 100% natural guaranteed. Just check the color and consistency, a little thick, to see the difference. Also notice the taste and odor in your desserts.
This extract has almost all the propoerties of the vainilla and rests on a sugar base, making it ideal for artisan preparations.
Has a concentration of 160g/Kg so we recommend you to use 10g to 15g per liter or kilo of preparation.
Ingredients: invert sugar, vanilla concentrate and vanilla seeds (0.6%).
